[xmlsec] ID attribute from another namespace

Hi!

*Mark* this is not my choice and nothing I can influence :-(

What if the ID attribute which identifies the part you want to sign/verify has a different namespace than the node it appears in ?

What's the format to use for the <attr-name> part in '--id-attr[:<attr-name>] [<node-namespace-uri>:]<node-name>' in this case?

Tried <namespace> ':' <tag> but that didn't seem to work.
