[xmlsec] Big patch to xmlsec in recent OpenOffice.org sources

Not true. First time we search the trusted store for "Subject" of
current certificate and the second time we search for "Issuer".
We need to do both to catch two different situations:
  - trusted self-signed cert
  - trusted cert signs our cert
