[xmlsec] Big patch to xmlsec in recent OpenOffice.org sources

They at least document the following  problem their patch solves :
- NT 4 compatibility for ms-crypto :

- semi-colon in the name problem :

- a big integer convertion bug in nss, but the patch changes an awful lot of
things in their code in addition, I think that patch also touched the
semi-colon problem ...

And watching the source it seems it does a lot more than that.
I'd say they are so many changes I don't think a user encountering problems with
their version could expect correct support directly from Aleksey.
