[xmlsec] Big patch to xmlsec in recent OpenOffice.org sources

Looks like a lot of changes in both nss and mscrypto (new 
keymanager???). Basic xmlsec files don't look touched (much). The 
mscrypto keysmanager and some cert handling functions might be 
interesting though (don't know much about nss code). However any info on 
this would be nice :)
