[xmlsec] xkms-server example build error

Hi,

With xmlsec from CVS, the xkms-server test won't compile for me:

$ gcc -g -DXMLSEC_LIBXML_260=1 -D__XMLSEC_FUNCTION__=__FUNCTION__

xkms-server.c:82: error: parse error before "xmlSecXkmsServerCtxPtr"
