[xmlsec] mailing list problems

It seems that there were problems with xmlsec mailing list in
the last 2-3 weeks. As the result, some of the folks (including
myself) were not receiving emails from xmlsec. You can read
the missing emails in the xmlsec mailing list archive:

I am trying to figure out what was the problem and will reply
to the missing emails soon.
