[xmlsec] Verifying a X509 file

Hello,
the X509data-node must be before the keydata-node, if you have any
keydata-node. XMLSec verifies against the first key/certificate found. You need to
load the certificate-issuer and the issuer from the issuer, until you reaches a
self signed certificate.
