[xmlsec] Signature Online Verifier - UTF-8 problem

The command line tools works just fine:

$ xmlsec1 verify example.xml
OK
SignedInfo References (ok/all): 1/1
Manifests References (ok/all): 0/0

So I would guess your browser is doing something funny with the
copy/paste or during submit.
