[xmlsec] Question about xmlsec and Borland

Hello,

I'm using Codegear xe2 and xmlsec version 1.2.18. As I understand, I must use version 1.2.19 or newer to be able to validate signed xml that used a certificate with sha256 signature algorithm. Is that right?

I want to upgrade to newer xmlsec version, but the binary versions from 1.2.19 does not include the lib-files that I need.
