[xmlsec] Using non-system openssl

Hello all,

What is the right way to use xmlsec with custom openssl?

We compile xmlsec using ./configure --with-openssl=/path/to/my/openssl

Running strace, we find out it does not look for the libcrypto to specified
place.

If I understand correctly, we need to specify correct rpath during build to
make xmlsec look into the specified directory. What is the correct way to
do it?
