[xmlsec] Id attribute

Well, you have namespaces so it complicates things a little:

--id-attr[:<attr-name>] [<node-namespace-uri>:]<node-name>

so you need to have something like this in the command line:

--id-attr:Id http://www.apis-it.hr/fin/2012/types/f73:RacunZahtjev
