[xmlsec] Another Windows Environment Problem

Everything working fine on my deployed xmlsec application on Windows 7,
Vista, and XP

However on certain XP machines everything works fine, except when using
file paths in the Reference URI . . . example:

    <dsig:Reference URI="/xmldsig/dist/inout/gc/xmldata.xml">

. . . xmldata.xml is the file to be signed.

I get this error when xmlsec tries to resolve the filename:

Failed to create signature The filename, directory name, or volume label
syntax is incorrect. Error occurred in function xmlSecDSigCtxSign at line
303 relating to xmlSecDSigCtxSigantureProcessNode

All other templates work fine ???
