[xmlsec] Problems in Gost2001 OpenSSL implementation

Greetings!

Aleksey, I've found 2 problems in Gost2001 OpenSSL implementation.

1. The definitions of
xmlSecTransformGost2001GostR3411_94Id and xmlSecTransformGostR3411_94Id
are missed in include/xmlsec/openssl/symbols.h

2. The function xmlSecOpenSSLKeyDataGost2001GetSize should always
return 512 after the successful assert passing.

Unfortunately, I can't provide the patch now. Can you fix it yourself?
