[xmlsec] xmlsec1 with XML nodes over 10MB

A developer on a project of mine informed me he was getting errors with XML nodes over 10MB, indicating they were unsupported.  He is attempting to support multiple-gigabyte XMLSec encrypted messages.  If they should indeed be supported, I will try to get more details from him, otherwise, is there a reason for this limit?  Operating system he is working on is either OpenSuse x86 or Ubuntu x86.  (sorry about the lack of information, I wasn't given much to work with yet)
