[xmlsec] encryption failed

Thank you Aleksey. I was missing settings. I was missing some CFLAGS. Running "xmlsec1-config --cflags" helped clear that up.

Sounds like there is a problem in data sizes in the structures. Make sure you use the same compiler flags when compiling the library and the program.
