[xmlsec] xmlsec on windows

The Windows binaries <http://www.zlatkovic.com/projects/libxml/index.html> (
http://www.zlatkovic.com/libxml.en.html) for XMLSec library proved not much
useful when installed as there were dll registration issues and also I'm
unable to compile the win32 binaries available within xmlsec source package
using nmake.

So please can any one suggest a workaround for this.
