[xmlsec] Compiling xmlsec on windows

Hi,
    I am tryin to compile xmlsec on windows. I am getting the following
error.

NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make 'apps_a.int\crypto.obj'

Any pointers to this issue would be of great help.
