[xmlsec] Not able to load certificate

Hi,

I have to verify a document with included X509 certificate. So, I am
trying to load the root certificate which is used to sign the X509
certificate included in the document but without success.
When I call xmlSecOpenSSLAppKeysMngrCertLoadMemory. I am getting
following errors

I am very new to openSSL and xmlSec. I would be thanful for any help.
