[xmlsec] Undefined symbol in libxmlsec1-openssl.so

Hi Aleksey,

I try to run one sample program in xmlsec1. It gives one error.

/usr/local/bin/xmlsec1: error while loading shared libraries:
/usr/local/lib/libxmlsec1-openssl.so: undefined symbol: OPENSSL_config
