[xmlsec] xmlSecCryptoAppKeyLoadMemory

Hi Folks,,
Many thanks for all your suggestions.  The signature is getting verified
from the "Windows Certificate store using the xmlSecMSCryptCertAdopt
function and related functions.

I should check up on now signing using similar functions.
