Some problems happened because of forgotten -kb key on binary files
during cvs import. But I don't understand why all hmac tests are failed
both in original and patched code.

I don't see any differences between original and patched variant for
tests on encryption and keys, but there are a lot of extra fails in
signature tests.

I've attached DSig logs for original and patched code. They are produced
using 'nmake check' in win32/ subdirectory.
