[xmlsec] Cross-compiling for mscrypto

This option didn't help me.

I've redefined  _WIN32_WINNT to 0x0500 and now after installing last
Platform SDK I get a linker error: functions PFXImportCertStore,
PFXVerifyPassword and PFXIsPFXBlob are undefined. I know it's because of
wrong crypt32.lib...
