[xmlsec] XML Security Library 1.2.8 release

I didn't generated the configure myself, I just ran the one included in the 1.2.8 source 
distribution! So, it is a problem with the platform where the configure was generated, I 
guess, isn't it?

the configure file annotes itself:
# Generated by GNU Autoconf 2.59.

Btw: when I run autoconf myself, it generates configure having shrext defined! I'm running 
Fedora Core 3 with autoconf 2.59.
