[xmlsec] How to add x509 cert to keyinfo ctx

Hi, I tried to read keys from pem files then write the keys to xml file. 
But I found there is no x509 cert in the keyfiles. Is there any x509 cert 
in the struct of keyinfo ctx or keystore? If no, which one should I add 
x509 cert to, keyinfo ctx or keystore? Thanks.
