[xmlsec] Certificate verification failure

Hello Aleksey,
I have solved the problem, supposedly it was choosing
the right compiler on ARM platform
for openssl. The default platform option
 linux-elf-arm does not work with xmlsec although the
 library compiles and passes all the tests.
Anyways the certificate chain is getting verified now.
