[xmlsec] ISO 10126 padding

I'm trying to decrypt 3DES session key using my certificate, but
it fails with both OpenSSL and CryptoAPI. Using Java and BouncyCastle
I've succeeded to decrypt it and I've found out that ISO 10126 padding
was used. Does OpenSSL or CryptoAPI supports ISO 10126 padding? Does W3C
XML Encryption allows tis padding to be used?

Btw, I've noticed that in binary disribution for Windows
(created by Zlatko), NSS crypto engine dll (libxmlsec-nss.dll) is
missing. :(

Thank you in advance,
Milan
