[xmlsec] help make

[tang leviathan]

hi, I have download the xmlsec1-1.2.5, but when i make it, it display the 
error:
/home/leviathan/xmlsec1-1.2.5/src/.libs/libxmlsec1.a(xmlsec.o)(.text+0xd0):/home/leviathan/xmlsec1-1.2.5/src/xmlsec.c:106: 
undefined reference to `xmlSecXkmsRespondWithIdsShutdown'

and my config is :  --enable-development --enable-xkms 
--with-libxml=/usr/local/ --with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl

my os is redhat 9.0
and i do not have many experience on linux, so i know nothing about this 
error, please help me. thanks
