Roumen,

The problem is that we are trying to find a solution that would work
for all the users of libxml/xmlsec libraries. And this is a very hard
thing to do because i18n/l11n issues are always very complicated.

BTW, I was under impression that custom IO callbacks for xmlsec and
libxml solve your problem.
