[xmlsec] Compiling xml security in Windows

Hi,

If you compile for w98 platform, make sure you use a recent version of the
MS CryptoAPI. It's part of MS ie, or you can use a recent version of the
platform SDK. You shouldn't encounter too many problems. It could be that
1 or 2 (or more:( ) (internal) functions that may cause some problems. I
know for sure that AES encryption will not work (it's only supported on
XP).

I would say give it a try, and let us know how far you get.
