[xmlsec] How to get namespace prefix on the signature XML-elements

I agree with Aleksey.  The data is correct, it's not more illegible than 
anything else, and there's no compelling reason to change.  Let's argue 
about placement of curly braces. :)  Extensibility points need their own 
namespace declaration, anyway.
