[xmlsec] xmlsec1 man page problem

Depending on configuration options, some options in the xmlsec1 man page 
might not be supported (such as "--crypto").

As a solution, you could note in the man page which options may not be 
available, or you could have the xmlsec1 tool recognize the option but 
report that it was disabled at build time.  I'd favor the latter.
