[xmlsec] Problem with --with-mozilla-ver configure option

I think that it might be a good time for a new xmlsec release anyway.
There were several configuration patches. I think I would probably
wait for your to finish (just to make sure that you'll not find 
something else)
and do a release after that.

And thanks for doing this packaging!
