[xmlsec] Different digest value between .NET implementation and XmlSec?

	Yes, you are right. I can reproduce the problem. It seems that
xmlsec/libxml do not like 
	processing instruction on the root node level. If I place the
same PI node anywhere else
	in the document it is included in the output.
