The new XML Security Library 1.2.0 release includes the long time wanted
support for MS Crypto API (many thanks to Wouter for his tremendous 
work!). Other changes include:
    - loading public keys from certificates for xmlsec command
      line utility;
    - improved namespaces support for start node selection
      with "--node-xpath" command line option for xmlsec command
      line utility;
    - upgraded online XML DSig Verifier;
    - updated docs and man pages.
