[xmlsec] Error with signature validation

Hello !

I use XMLSEC to verify signatures from a 3D-Secure-Visa-Component and 
everything works without a problem.

Now yesterday I got an error, you maybe can clearify for me.

I wanted to verify the attached signature and got the following from 
XMLSEC-Commandline-Tool (xmlsec1 1.0.1 (openssl)):
