[xmlsec] snapshots and debian dir

Aleksey,

Would you please exclude the debian directory from the snapshots as you do for 
releases?  Sometimes I make a package from a snapshot for internal testing or 
for inspection by my sponsor, and having that directory there causes problems 
just as for releases.  There is always the alternative of renaming the directory 
to "debian-sample" as I've suggested before.
