[xmlsec] Problem with dsig2.c

Please check your build environment. Seems to me that you use
different version of OpenSSL in dsig2 when one used to compile
the XMLSEC library. If you are using xmlsec binary distribution (rpm)
I would recommend to get sources and compile library yourself.
