[xmlsec] typo in tests/testEnc.sh - xmlsec0.0.10

Hi,

Some of the encryption checks were failing because they
were looking in the wrong place for the key file.

I'm not sure if this was my fault for not running configure
properly, but I've included the diffs below just in case.
