[xmlsec] bug report

I'm having this error when i try to verify a signature :

xmlSecSimpleX509MngrAddTrustedCert: x509 file "/etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/merlin.crt" load failed
Error: failed to read Merlin's CA

any idea ?
