[xmlsec] XML encryption or XML signature

I would like do XML encryption or XML signature, and I readed parser LIBXML,
can do this.

Anybody, Know who I can do this?
I have library's (DLL),  my application is an Delphi 6
Have any exemples in Delphi 6 ?
