[xmlsec] Typo in configure.js

Reading whatever help I can find is a bad habit picked up during way too
many years developing on Windows.  You have to be skeptical of whatever code
Microsoft gives you to look at, because it's frequently wrong in some way,
even if it happens to compile.  Fortunately, their API documentation is
generally pretty accurate, even if it takes a while to figure out what it's
trying to tell you.

OK, I'll stop chattering now.
