[xmlsec] Missing 'xmlSecAddIdAttributeName()' in version 0.0.10

Hi Aleksey,

As I see the function 'xmlSecAddIdAttributeName()' is no more available in
the new release. Do you have a tip for me, how I can set a common id
attribute? The difference was between "id" and "Id" or "ID". Should I use a
DTD? But all I need is to set the id attribute without any other restriction
of the XML document.
